Don't eat sugary foods or drink soda--including diet soda. It's a great time of the year to include as many servings of fresh fruits and vegetables as you can in your daily diet. Also, no fast foods and try to avoid anything that has been heavily processed. It won't seem like a diet if you change the way you think about food and realize how disgusting processed foods really are in terms of nutrition.

I would suggest exercise and a low carb diet such as the south beach diet.

I am at a good portion for my height/weight but I tried that out and was able to drop some lbs. I lost 6 lbs in the first week and then about a 1 lb a week. Just remember to not stay on the phase 1 more than 2 weeks.. (I tried that and found I lost more weight when I actually moved to phase 2)

my sister is about that size, but she's got a little gut, and has always had one, so I understand your desire to lose weight in certain places. try to cut out the soda and junk food and do some toning workouts like pilates and yoga. you might even lift weights and do some crunches. (don't worry, you won't look like Arnold.)

hmmm... what's going on in mid-August anyway?

Eat vegetables and a healthy selection of meat. No fast food. Drink only water and especially no pop. Heres my secret: dont night eat because you dont burn it and before you go to bed drink one tall glass of water and take a multivitamin (NO food)
just every now and then, treat yourself with a light snack at night www.kraftcanada.com

5.8" 135 pounds???

Losing 10 more pounds, your already tall and thin, I think another 10 pounds would be wrong. I think you are perfect.
I am a 45yr. old guy so trust my opinion.

Losing inches, doesn't really mean that you have to lose weight. If you lose 10 lbs you will be underweight. I would just try pilates, and yoga, it really does help.

DUDE! I'm 5'7" and I weigh 146 pounds! You don't need to lose weight, you're fine. Don't even try. If anything, you could even gain a little.
