you can use a whitening mouthwash-Listernine makes a great one
you can use a whitening toothpaste
or if you really want to get old school, use a baking soda paste
in a small dish or bowl pour some baking soda and enough water to make a paste. dip your toothbrush in and brush away!!

Hey I use Crest Extra Whitening toothpaste. My teeth aren't super-white to begin with. I've tried the regular whitening stuff but it didn't do too much. This stuff seems to do the trick though...

Why bother? Provided you dont smoke then your teeth should be the colour they are. Personally I find super white teeth a big put-off.

Brush with neem tree's bark it is very good for teeth. Just, don't smoke and try to cut our red wine, coffee and tea. Drinks lot of milk. That's the natural way to get your teeth nice and white. Please check on our website.

make it a must to brush your teeth every day after meals try Arm and hammer toothpaste or Aquafresh works great
