The plants require both cooler temperatures, and more humidity than you would find in the desert. Given enough water, and the proper nutrients, they would probably grow, but would not produce a normal yield. Without the humidity it would be low in THC, and the heat would stunt development.

You mean, of course, marijuana. The answer is yes. You would probably have to do it indoors though. After about 95 degrees the growth of marijuana will probably be stunted and it will stop growing. Not all strains are like that though. I guess it would depend on other factors but basically cannabis(marijuana) will grow anywhere.

If a desert had water it wouldn't be a desert anymore.

Hot environments don't necessarily have to be dry ones.

I had a buddy who grew cannibis in his golf bag. Watered it occasionally, provided a little sunlight, then moved it back into his closet.

Probably explains his love of the game.

lol thats a strange questionto ask if your not going to try to do it. anyway i guess you could if you had water. but i'm not sure, i don't have a lot of experience in the field of growing pot
