The gallery is the part of the plane where there are no windows. They hang artwork on the cabin walls instead.

The galley area on all aircraft that have one is where food and beverages are stored. On large commercial aircraft the galley will have several slots where galley carts are stores. The galley carts are rolled on the aircraft in between flights and while servicing is being accomplished. You may have noticed the carts being pushed down the aisles is very narrow and they are all the same size for every aircraft. There is a reason for this as each one is stored in the galley in a slot designed to lock it in place when not in use. The galley area is a non-passenger compartment area reserved for flight crewmember to prepare and perform tasks. It’s not a hang out area for passengers, as it will raise attention of all crewmembers if you are there. When aircraft are purchased from the manufacture the buyer will instruct the manufacture on how many galley area’s and lavatories to install and where to locate them. You may noticed not all aircraft of the same make and model have the galley in the same location. Some galleys are bigger for longer flights. On the B-747-400 as an example in the galley area about mid section there is an elevator to the lower deck where there is a big galley. Food is warmed up and sent up and down on the elevator where the crew will serve it. Depending on the lay out of the cabin the movie projector could be anywhere each airline is different. On many new aircraft you will have a personal screen in the seat in front of you. The older aircraft still have a projection system.

I believe that it is the galley, not gallery? The galley is the kitchen type area where the stores are located in the aircraft.

I've never heard of a "gallery" on a plane, but the "galley" is where the little kitchen area is.

Here's some pictures, the seat with the red pillow on top is right behind the galley. It has it's own fold out video screen.

Some people call it the balcony. It gets very windy. Try to get a window seat.

I think you mean the galley. They get the coffee and drinks ready there. If there is food that is where it is kept.

It's the area where they keep the sodas, beer, wine, etc. (the kitchen), in the rear of the plane.
