To mark you.
To a dog the smell of urine holds enough information to fill an encyclopedia. When they pee on people and things they are posting that information. They are also claiming their territory.
Many creatures including tigers urinate at the boundaries of their territory so if another animal comes by then it knows that this territory is taken.
When dogs urinate they mark their territory or what they thing is there's. They also do it to leave information about themselves. When your dog stops by the local fire hydrant for a smell he is reading the equalivalent of a newspaper learning from the odder of every other dog that has been there. He learns there age, their identity, even their health. It all lies in the urine.

Dogs don't pee on me.. But dogs might pee on you because they feel that they are dominate over you.. Or they are marking you so that the other dogs know that you are with him.

There are three reason I can think of why a dog would pee on you.
1) Un-neutered males trying to mark you as their territroy.
2) Excitement upon seeing you/someone. (This happens most often in puppies that can't hold their bladders.)
3) Urinating in fear.

I had a dog pee on me once and i think it was because he thought that i was his territory. (there were strange dogs in our house because we had some people over.)

That's funny. OK so I have a boxer and he has peed on me twice, both times were when we were at my fiance's mom's house. She had two dogs one male one female both mini pins.... so the male min pin seemed to always want to bite my ankles and calves. Marley, my boxer, peed on me while i was eating dinner on the porch, why, because he was marking me to keep the male min pin away.... it sucked but the min pin didn't bite me anymore that day.
We went over again, had a cook out and i was holding the female on my lap, the male came over barking, the mother-in-law took the male away, shortly after, Marley peed on my feet... and then
I hear from my fiance,. Marley don't pee on mommy....... since then the male min-pin died every time we have taken Marley over for a cook out, Marley has not peed on me.. So just marking territory.....

Dogs don't pee on people, unless the person is dirty, you probably need to take a bath.
