I use to have the exact same problem. This is my suggestion. Get better zit popping technique. Sometimes I do the "double thumb 45 magnum squeeze", for the big ones. Other times, I use the "double index 55% squeeze". My technique is so good that i will probably have 1 that fails out of 10. When i fail it's bad though, cause then it bruises, and turns into a scab, and you can't cover it with concealer. When that happens though, grab some ice and ice it 10 minutes on, 20 minutes off, 10 minutes on, a couple times. It should make the bruise a little better. To be honest, there is no better way to make a zit go away. The fastest way to get rid of a zit is to get rid of the infectious pus inside it. There are however downsides, like it might leaves scars or w/e... but I don't really scar. You could always try creams and such but those take 2 to 3 days, whereas popping takes about 2-3 minutes. Just be careful babe

Zits will always want company and it tend to spread around the area. Ensure you cleanse off the dirt from your face before you wash your face with a cleanser. Use miho medicated bath salt (very fine texture, powder form) and miho cleansing milk to do a face scrub especially on the area where zits appear. The miho medicated bath salt I mentioned works per the steps I suggested but it does not apply to other bath salt you might have.
Note; Need not use a cleanser after doing the above scrub as your face is already cleaned.
After applying the toner, dab a reasonable of miho calamina lotion or miho spot touch to dry up the areas.
Check out the exclusive product I'm using which is sold online only.

Read link
"The real deal on popping zits: Dirt from your fingers can force bacteria into your pores and cause an infection, leaving you with a bigger bump and, even worse, possible scarring. If the zit is deep down and the whitish stuff inside isn't close enough to the surface, you might end up squeezing the acne bacteria back down into your skin (the result: a big, irritated cyst that can stick around for a long time)."

I had the same problem, duh, like everyone else who answered this question, DON'T POP!!! Popping it will lead to scars. Think about it, you pop it to remove something disgusting but temporary (zit) by you're only replacing it with something else that's almost as disgusting but may be permanent (scar). Stop! You could look worse if you continued. Stop touching it as well it only makes the zit worse. Use a product with benzoyl peroxide like Oxy. Clean your face well so that zits don't grow big (ew) enough for you to be tempted to pop. Good Luck!

1) get a realy hot wash cloth and put it over ur face.
2) remove the wash cloth and then use some biore strips and the put on a fashel mask in the area of the zits.
3) then remove it wth a hot wash cloth and repeat step 1.
4) after that try poping them
This should help getting rid og them. It should also prevent scaring
P.S. I HATE ZITS TOO! AGH X( lol

Well it is terrible to pop a zit and dont even talk about disgusting.
Put cream on it that matches your skin that can cure and make it look like you don't have a zit.

my bf has the same problem. everytime he sees a new zit forming he trys to pop it. but thats not what to do. when you pop a zit yourself.... you make a scar where your old zit was. you could try to think of how ugly your skin will be with scars all over your face. but that didnt work for my bf.... so just try pimple medicine. theres a pimple medicine that i buy my bf.... you put it on the pimple and 8 hours later its gone. 12 bucks at walgreens. it really helps.

I think the best way to quit "zit popping" is to take a picture of yourself or someone else (even someone in a magazine), stick it on your mirror and when you are about to pop your zit imagine having her skin. It will make you quit real fast.

popping them is okay although its always best to just not do it period.... how you pop it is the concern...... WAIT for the zit to fully form a head.... never ever use your nails. use two q-tips, press on both sides of the zit down and together STOP asap when you see blood. apply rubbing alcohol to clean it.....
and NEVER pick it a scab that formed from popping a zit.... that is VERY VERY likely to scar
