got a new game and its scratched really badly. it wont even play

Buy a small can of the brass polishing liquid called "Brasso". Using a soft dry cloth, (such as an old tee-shirt), rub Brasso into the disc surface, rubbing FROM THE HOLE OUT TO THE RIM....not in a circular motion. Now take a clean portion of the cloth and rubbing in the same direction, rub until the disc is shiny again. Now try the disc. Hope this helps.

I know its hard to belive but tooth past actually works. Squirt the tooth past on something like an old shirt or something. Then rub it on the disk. Then after that get a different shirt or paper towel or something and get it wet and rub that on it. It worked for me! I hopes it works for you!!!!!!!!

um i have put tooth paste like crest on them and it helps it still play!!!
