Homer Simpson's Pringles Burger Recipe
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/4 cup A-1 Sauce
2 lbs. ground beef
8 slices Texas toast
Cheez Whiz
Barbecue flavored Pringles
Onion
Baby Kosher dill pickles
Mustard
Mix one packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix and 1/4 cup A-1 sauce into two pounds of ground beef (the cheap fatty kind). Shape into four patties and grill until almost burnt. Toast and butter 8 slices of Texas toast.
Spread Cheez Whiz on four slices and top the Cheez Whiz with Barbecue flavored Pringles potato chips. Place the nearly burnt burgers atop the Pringles and press down to slightly crush the Pringles. Top the patties with onion slices, baby kosher dills and squirt generously with mustard. Place a slice of Texas toast atop each burger and smash it down with your palm until everything is squished together and stuff is oozing out the sides. Lick the sides off, slice diagonally

Meat loaf patties:
Mix diced onion, mushrooms, tomatoes with raw hamburger. Moisten with bar-b-q sauce and some worcestershire. Add cajun seasoning and cilantro. In a sandwich bag, crumble up crackers and mix in till the burger mixture stays together.
Flatten out all like you would hamburgers. Cook on the grill, or bake on a cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 30 min.
Serve with mashed potatoes and carrots.
Yum.....

My in-laws own a farm & they raise black angus beef for family use so I have about 50 - 70 lbs in my deep freeze at all times.....Take & make into 1/2 lb patties, then sprinkle lightly with Montreal steak seasoning. Light charcoal grill & wait til coals are medium/hot. Grill burgers, turning with tongs & never pierce with anything to check doneness.......Serve on fresh onion rolls with all your favorite toppings & sauces.....

Buy ground chuck meat. Very tasty for hamburgers because it has some fat in it.
Use good cheese, such as cheddar, swiss, muenster or american if you like. As you make the hamburger, place a small ball of cheese in the middle of the burger. Hide it well.
Cook as usual.

Want to surprise your guests? Try this. Using ground chuck....with the traditional...salt, pepper, a little Worcester sauce, etc. When your making the patties, hide a couple of pearl onions...a couple of black olives....maybe some sliced jalapeno...sun dried tomatoes....etc. Try to keep 'em separate and make sure your guests aren't allergic or anything like that. My friends will eat anything therefore I mix 'em up. No one knows what they will be getting. Mushrooms...green onions...Use you imagination.
