Is homosexuality a religion on here all of a sudden?

Many gay people are very very good and very spiritual in nature, and some have much to offer as preachers and other spiritual leaders, I believe.

If you want biblical verses supporting the above, I'm going to say that a very good way to get them is to consult a minister in the Metropolitan Community Church, which is a Christian church organized for gay people. It's nationwide in the US and may also be overseas (I don't know). You may have one in your town, but if not, you could correspond with such a minister by email or phone.

Right or wrong, the MCC minister will be aware of the relevant verses. So whether you do or you don't agree with the idea of gay people becoming preachers, that's who you ask to get the specifics of the pro-gay side of the argument (if you're anti, you can't know which arguments to combat if you don't know the specifics of the pro side!).

You can start here to find information and perhaps a resource person who can give you the Bible verses the pro-gay side uses to support its case:

to answer this question, you have to understand why a person preaches.
Matt 24:3-14 clearly states that we are living in the last days and that we must warn people that the end of this wicked world is near.

With that in mind, one must obey Jehovah's laws that are written in the bible so we are not destroyed as well. Matt 28:19 also states that one must go and "make disciples" in other words "preach the good news"
and on verse 20 of the same chapter it states "teaching them to observe all the things i have commanded YOU" which means teaching people how to turn from their sinful lives with the bible's moral principles and theach them how to follow and obey Jehovah's loving laws to the detail.
And one of those laws we must obey states that the punishment for Homosexuality is death not by men in this time, but by Jehovah God, Leviticus 20:13 (also compare with 1 Timothy 1:9-11)
So if one is warning people of the near end and to obey Jehovah God and his laws by preaching, could a gay person be the adequate one to tell people to not do certain things when this person is clearly not obeying in the first place? He would be a hypocrite wouldn't he?

Good grief, show me the Bible verse that says they can't? Lots of folks say women shouldn't preach, but the Bible doesn't say they can't, either.

The Bible says we should get married, and yet here are all these priest staying single. Should they preach?

I haven't noticed that the Bible happens to have a list of who can, and who cannot preach. Did I skip that chapter?

No way, why be taught by someone who choses to live in a sin God considers an abomination.
Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. (Rom 1:27)
You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination. (Lev 18:22)
For this is God’s will, your sanctification: that you abstain from sexual immorality (1 Thess 4:3)
An overseer, therefore, must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, self-controlled, sensible, respectable, hospitable, an able teacher ( 1 Tim 3:12)
What should we say then? Should we continue in sin in order that grace may multiply? Absolutely not! How can we who died to sin still live in it? (Rom 6:1-2)

Anyone can open their mouth and speak - unless of course someone is physically going to harm them if they do so.

As to if homosexuals have the scriptural support to do so? I know of no such verse. I have read the bible completely several times and never have seen such suggested.

That doesn't mean that some out there will not disagree with what I have just written - of that I am very sure. But such doesn't change the facts that there is no scriptural support of a homosexual being allowed to teach others - or even accepted for fellowship within scripture.

They have the right to preach. They just don't have the authority to preach in a Christ centered Bible believing church if they are not celibate and seeking to overcome their sinful desires. It's just like a drunkard can't preach unless he has repented of his behavior and remains sober. Otherwise they are living in sin and they don't meet the standard of having a good testimony to the church and to outsiders. Here's a whole list of people who can't be preachers in a church if they are still living a lifestyle characterized by the following behaviors.

1 Corinthians 6:9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, 10 nor covetous, nor thieves, nor drunkards, nor abusive people, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you! But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.

1 Timothy 3:1 Faithful is this word: If anyone aspires to the position of a bishop, he desires a good work. 2 It is necessary, therefore, for a bishop to be irreproachable, the husband of one wife, temperate, sober-minded, well-behaved, hospitable, skillful at teaching; 3 not given to wine, not a bully, not greedy for money, but gentle, not quarrelsome, not loving money; 4 one ruling his own house well, having his children in submission with all reverence; 5 (for if one does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?); 6 not a new convert, lest being puffed up with pride he fall into the same judgment as the devil. 7 Moreover he must have a good testimony among those outside, lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

8 Likewise deacons must be reverent, not double-tongued, not being given to much wine, not greedy for money, 9 holding the mystery of the faith with a pure conscience. 10 But let these also first be tested; then let them serve as deacons, being irreproachable. 11 Likewise their wives must be reverent, not slanderers, temperate, faithful in all things. 12 Let deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children well, and their own houses.

Who can deny them their right to preach. Of course Gays should have the right to preach. You of course also have the right to not listen.

No, the Bible clearly says he created Adam and Eve. Not Adam and Steve.

No. That would be hypocritical. I dare them to read a sermon on these:
"You shall not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is an abomination" (Leviticus 18:22; c.f 20:13).
"Because of this [the suppression of truth resulting in idolatry], God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion" (Romans 1:26-27, NIV).
"Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God" (I Corinthians 6:9-10, NIV).
