In the Dutch language area most movies are shown in the original language, with subtitles.
But cartoons, specially cartoons for children are often dubbed in Dutch. So check, a cinema often has the two versions running at the same time.
In any case, they will announce which version will be shown.
This website seems to show all you want to know, but the site is in Dutch and French only:
http://www.cinenews.be/Movies.ByRegion.cfm?RegionID=&lang=en
The site is rather clear to use, click on a town, province or kind of movie, and see what is shown where.
(You can than phone or e-mail the cinema to check the language, I guess.)

The French speaking part of the country is more likely to get the French dubbed versions, but it is worth checking at the theater.
