You'd need to explain where you'd come up with the money for the budget or what budget cuts you make to do without the money that comes from payroll tax.
Would you also end the payroll tax portion the employer pays? Or only the employee portion?

That is good but I am going to give everyone their Soc. Security in one lump sum (or when they turn 21) so everyone can enjoy life while they are young and then we can all just work til we die.
