You need to get to a new vet immediately. If they are closed or can't fit you in today, go to an emergency vet clinic. A dog with vomiting and diahrrhea can dehydrate quickly. Blood in the stool is an indication that something is wrong and added to the other symptoms, your dog needs to be seen now.

If your vet says there is nothing wrong the FIND ANOTHER VET! Because obviously yours is off his rocker. I'm a nurse, not a vet, but I know enough to know that bloody diarrhea is a sign that there is something seriously wrong. It could be many different things like a strangulated hernia, cancer or diverticulitis but he needs to have medical attention right away. Find a vet's office that has an ER and take him there.

You need a vet! No one can possibly diagnose something like this over the internet but your dog is VERY SICK! If your vet says nothing is wrong, get another vet. But get your dog to a vet NOW or he may not be alive much longer.

maybe it's the food your feeding him. have you changed his diet or brand of food. if this continues check again with your vet. if i were you find a new vet ask your parents since you are only 14. something bad might happen to your dog if you don't find out what is wrong and don't help cure it. good luck with everything. i hope your dog gets better. something else you should do is look this up on the internet.

Shih-tzus are prone to umblicial hernias--that bump in his waist is NOT GOOD! There is definitely something wrong if your dog is vomiting blood. Get your dog to a competent vet ASAP!

The first thing that is wrong is your Vet! Go to a new one! There is obviously something very wrong with your dog. Get him to a new vet asap, and maybe even take a stool sample in a plastic bag for them to test.
