So that we can know when to "straighten up", but God made it so we don't know, so that we have to be ever vigilant.

no man knows the hour but times and seasons we can and DO know..lest why did jesus spend so much time talking about the end of the age? The end generation started in 1948...there were no end times until that date and that event happened as Jesus made quite clear.

guessing you don't know based on your question.

The end will come when it does. I'm not going to try and figure out when. For now I shall live my life and seak my destiny. When the end comes, prepared or not prepared we will face it Head On!

Predict as they may, but the world isn't going to end:
Not for at least another 1,000 years. Because....after (after) the return of Christ, He is going to rule the earth for 1,000 years.
It's in the Bible. Revelations. Read it for yourselves.
So I figure it's not going to happen for another 1,000 years.

I think that God told us there would be an end, so we would be paranoid about some improbable destruction, that we would never suspect the apocalypse being our own fault because of the pollution we cause.

Amen brother. I am with you. It is wrong for us to try to figure out when it will be when Jesus told us that it is not for us to know.
