Nissan is a good car line...but face it...Subaru is as well. They have been doing AWD for decades. Why try a new thing with a company when you can go to the company that pioneered it? I am originally from Alaska...we know AWD. Subaru is the most popular for AWD by far for cars.

Just a thought.

Best.

Nope sorry to say the AWD Maxima will not be in the US and has not been announced for Japan either the only AWD Nissan you will see in the US will be the Murano and the 09 Skyline.

Not as far as I know at this time. Murano 4 wheel drive Yes. And someone thought there would be a V-8 Maxima the rumor mill is churning out some good lies. And the new Rogue Sentra based 4 wheel drive optional SUV this fall...Has anyone seen a SER 2007 Sentra at dealerships?

Yes John Paul, there are 2007 se-r sentras on lots. I own one. =]

And to answer the question, no I have heard nothing about the maxima coming in all wheel... I test drove a few, and the dealer said nothing about it, so i doubt it.
