Is there a university with a dental school where you live? If so, please check out the clinic at the dental school. The students are guided by their professors who are dentists, and only the most advanced ones are actually doing the dental work. They know all the latest treatments and techniques. It's definitely worth a try.

try carecredit.com and see if you can get approved then use their site to find a dentist who accepts it. they offer 18 months interest free on anything over 300 hundred dollars.
