How do you request to suspend someone's drivers license in Oklahoma.
We were in an accident in on private property (shopping center) with an uninsured driver with a suspended license. The report that was provided by the police officer showed that it was not our fault and suggested that we request to have their license suspended until they pay the deductable for our insurance.

I would let your auto insurance company sue the driver to recover for you. I'm not sure of the laws in your state, but in WV, where I live, my parents were hit by an uninsured driver, and their car was totaled. Their insurance covered their injuries and car, with just their payout of the deductible. About 5 years later, they received a check from the insurance company, from their recovery of the money from the uninsured driver. Be glad that the police made a report, in WV, they won't make a report on private property unless there is an injury.

That has constantly been a project of mine even before gasoline have been given this extreme. I already have the lock cap yet i'm particular there are a thank you to get around that. I handle a storage facility and in basic terms the different day somebody decrease for the duration of the gate and stole the gasoline out of an RV parked exterior. the only good to come again from it is that the RV has been parked there for years and hasn't been moved as quickly as so whoever stole it have been given a ask your self *LOL*

The trouble you would go through to do this would be far more than its worth.

And if it is already suspended you cannot suspend it again.
