I have six not very big peppers I am stuffing with a hamburger rice mixture. What can I serve with it to fill out the meal. I am serving 4 and I am not sure the peppers will be enough. I was thinking about macaroni and cheese.

Your rice is the carb, so stick with veggies...maybe a salad, green beans and broccoli.

A nice green salad of your choice with french bread or rolls You could also add some plain white rice as you will have the sauce from the peppers if you liked... Green peppers are yummy but very rich and so you don't want to add a heavy dish. In my view Mac@ cheese would not be a good idea. It wouldn't complaint the meal. Enjoy your meal

The only thing that my family would even consider eating with stuffed peppers is mashed potatoes. Macaroni and cheese doesn't really go with stuffed peppers.

Roast some whole heads of garlic (slice off the top, drizzle w/ olive oil, and roast at 375 for around 40 minutes or until the garlic is brown and carmelized), and use it to make garlic bread.

How about some nice mashed potatoes and some corn whole or cream style. That is the combination I use a lot and people seem to enjoy it.

hey do not serve mac and cheese. do a mexican rice other kind of rice.
