A charger for a set of walkie-talkies requires an output of : 9v. 210mA . Could I use one with 5.7v. 800mA ?

I need to know if there is any risk to burn out either the transformer or the walkie-talkies. Thanks.

Absolutely you would have major risk with that amount of mA even tho lower voltage..you need correct charger..cheers♥

Not recommended. If they need 9v and you feed it 5.7v most likely the batteries will not fully charge up. As for burn out, I don't think anything will burn out.
