I was notified that I have won a sum of cash, how can find out if this is legitimate? Also they want me to sent personal info,

No. It a scam, a sham and spam. Ignore it.

It is a scam. You have to buy a National Lottery ticket and match the numbers to win

NO its a scam - a company like the national lottery would have their own domain name email ie it would end in @nationallottery.co.uk or something

I got this last night too $820000 and it linked me to a UK page (my name etc) they do want personal info but not that in-depth but how can you "win" something if you don't play -
So we chalked it up as spam!

I don't know this address, but i know that this is a scam. I am receiving an average 15 e-mails like that daily.

Treat that as with it really is JUNK ! they have a saying if something is sounds too good to be true ?then thats just it too good to be true
