If so, do you just rub it in or something?

Milk has lactic acid which loosens dead skin cells. Milk doesn't whiten or lighten the skin per se. It just promotes exfoliation so a fresher layer of skin is exposed quicker.

You can dilute it w/ water & use it w/ a wash cloth as a compress. You can add 2-4 cups in to a bath & soak in it for
15 -20 minutes.

I don't know about whitening skin but I do know that you can use milk to soften and give nutrients to your skin. It gives you a nice healthy glow.

Unfortunately it's an old wives tale. The only thing you can really do is avoid the sun and wear a lot of sunblock.

I think your skin is white enough. Don't worry about it, you have enough calcium in your "skin".
