I want a good camera with high resolution but also looks nice and can fit into small places such as purses and pockets. I don't want to spend to much on one though, maybe somewhere from 100-300 or less.

are you a beginer ? if so then I would not go crazy with the camera . I think anything fugi would be good for a beginer . I just purchased a Nikon d 40 and it was 600.00 and that is a little too much for a beginer . good luck to you if you need any pointers please email me and I will try to help you .

Advise do not go for a camera with very high pixels unless you need to print the pictures in large size. Anything for the desktop or even Letter / A4 size printing can be done by cameras less than 6 MegaPixels.

Nikon is a great name but then Sony, Kodak & Olympus are good too.

I think Olympus can give you some good value for money.

first off all, if you want a good camera.. don't buy it from walmart... suggest looking at best buy or places like that.. and i would either get sony w80 for 250ish or a olympus fe-230 for 200ish....
