low fat and low cal is just about impossible to find at such events. low fat diets are counter productive to fat loss so I would only focus on consuming foods that are low carb when you are out and have little control over the food selections

at a baseball game? are you kidding me? the only way to not consume a load of cals at a game is to NOT EAT.

um at a baseball game all they give you is food with a whole lot of calories in it

Out of actual salty snack foods, I'd suggest popcorn or those rice/corn cakes.
