Sugar free Jello pudding.Make a Parfait. One layer of chocolate one vanilla.Between each layer put a layer of sugar free cool whip. Then on top I add bananas or strawberries or BOTH. It really is good.

I'm a big fan of using sugar-free Jello Pudding made with whole milk and Cool Whip. the fat from the milk make up for the lack of sugars in the pudding and the Cool Whip adds just enough sugars for a fairly low calorie and low carb desert.

I like to use Jello (or generic) sugar free pudding mixes. It's pretty easy, you just get the powder and mix it with milk, making like a thick cocoa. Then put it in the fridge to set.

Don't be afraid to add stuff either. I like to make SF chocolate pudding and add peanuts. You could also do strawberry pudding with banana or whatever else you can think of

Whatever u like but serve it first.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

We've tried all the recipes for our friends and they are DISGUSTING. No carb = no sugar. So, dessert's not going to happen. Sugar-free Jello may be your only bet. Nasty.
