Usually these under eye bags disappear after removing them by a surgery. Honestly, I think that nothing else might help.

preparation H works, so does cold spoons, cool tea bags and cucumber slices. leave them on for about 5-10 minutes and it should help.

rub some ice or something very cold over your eyes for about twenty seconds. it feels weird, but it really works.
