i'm going to make my question more clear. I HAVE A REALLY BIG UPPER LIP AND IM ONLY 13.MY MOM WONT LET ME GET MY UPPER LIP DONE DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY HOME MADE KITCHEN PRODUCTS THAT I CAN USE TO REMOVE MY HAIR ON MY LIP CUZ MY MOM SAYS HOME MADE PRODUCTS DONT HAVE ANY SIDE EFFECTS.

Don't shout, I'll help you!
1] take a shower or bath, so hair softens and pores open.
2] use tweezers [ it is a very sensitive area, be prepared! ]
3] if very painful, use Anbesol on lip, or an ice cube to numb it
4] pluck only very obvious hair [ dark or long ], not short or blonde ones
5] apply witch hazel after, to close up pores. [ you can use lotion later, if you want ]
The good news is, plucked hairs take quite a while to grow back.

I don't know of any homemade products that would remove hair. Just go to the local drugstore and buy Nair for the face or Sally Hansen's facial hair remover. It's just a cream and takes only a few minutes to use and there are no side effects. Plus, if your mom is making that big of a deal about it you can buy it without her knowing.
