She will get bigger around 4-5 weeks if she is a small dog or 5-8 weeks along if she is a bigger breed dog. She will get lazier and lay around more. She may get sick and vomit or experience a temperament change. Around 6 weeks they tend to lose their appetite for awhile. They want smaller meals and urinate more due to the growing uterus squishing everything else. They dig and scratch as if making a nest for their pups. Around the last week their nipples fill up with milk. If your female went into heat and didn't get bred she might still show all these signs without being pregnant. To rule out this "false pregnancy" for cheap you can get a dog pregnancy test at the vet for $20-$30. If you don't have the money for that you just have to wait and see if she has pups 58-66 days prior to mating. You need to be with your dog as she has pups and call the vet if something goes wrong. If you don't it could result in death. Labor includes pain and often the dog looks like she needs help when she really doesn't and people end up trying to help and messing everything up so you need to know what to expect. You don't say how long ago you think she may have been mated, presumably not long if she's still in season. She is really too young to be have a litter, she's only a puppy herself and presumably not old enough to have had any of the necessary health checks which need to be done before breeding.
Even a vet cannot tell you for certain if she is pregnant for at least 4 weeks after she has been mated. If you are not intending breeding from her in the future, your best option would be to have her spayed in the next few weeks.

It is highly unlikely, but not impossible, that your b i t c h will have had a successful mating through a fence.
Whether she has or not you would be best advised to book her in to be spayed immediately. This will deal with the question of whether she is pregnant or not as well as the fact that she is far too young to carry a litter of pups. It would also deal with possible health issues and more unnecessary pups in the world.
At the time a b i t c h has her first season she is still a pup herself and her body is still growing. Her body is not ready to nourish a litter of pups and doing so would deprive her of nutrition she needs to finish growing herself.
Please do the best for your girl and get her fixed.

Well if she goes out of season then you will know shes pregnant. It would be too early to feel her stomach as its only early days yet. If the pups are unwanted there is an injection the vet can give her so the pups will perish.

the only sure way is wait and take her to the vets but eh best would be to get her spayed now tehn you wouldn't have to worry.
Also realize the size difference can kill teh mom and/or pups and this can go back several generations so ifyou don't know about either you can be risking your dogs life/

You can usually tell two weeks after the date that she has mated. If you dont notice a difference in her stomachs appearance by then, most likely she is not pregnant. The only way to be sure is to take her to the veterinarian to get checked out.

Go to the vet.
Irresponsible all round. Neuter your dog. Fix the hole. Why is your dog outside without supervision or adequate security when in season? Irresponsible to allow this to happen to your dog, especially in first season. Go to the vet, neuter and do the right thing.
