My yorkie is highly adgresive to female dogs and some males. Where dose ceaser millain live? She needs serious help FAST before she kills my nabors dog!

When you see her barking at the other dogs or biting, yank on her leash, and make her roll over in front of the dog(s). That means that she summits to him/her.

Maybe it is worth speaking to your vet about this. He/she may be able to refer you to someone who can help. It is best to show others you want the situation under control because if something bad happens and you haven't done anything, the blame will be aimed squarely at you.
I can tell you love your dog, hence your icon! I have a westie that I obsess over but you need to be firm or terriers will try to dominant everyone/thing!

You should keep her under better control so you won't even have to worry about her killing your neighbours dog...
Is she spayed? How come you didn't socialize her around other dogs as she was growing up if you were worried about her killing people's dogs?

Your dog is not socialized. You need to enroll in obedience classes as they will teach you about dog behavior and how to teach your dog commands.

when you take her on walks put a muzzle around her. It doesnt hurt her. it just stops her form biting or barkin. and get some training down dude!!! u crazy?!?!>?!
