What ever you agree on. I think it depends on the work they are doing. You can find some talented individuals out there. You can also find general labor.

Six bucks an hour plus lunch will usually get you some good day-laborers.
Five bucks an hour and beer at the end of the day will get you ALL the day-laborers.

30-50 bucks a day. there's no ourly wage. they agree on a certain amount for that specific day. then when the days over. they fight for another job the next day.
