I love your topic!!!

Okay, here are mine, no particular order:
1. One Day at a Time - sooo catchy and great
2. Land of the Lost - it was my favorite show
3. Alice - loved the earlier version that Linda Lavin sings
4. WKRP in Cinncinati - love the opening and end music
5. Electric Company - my 2nd favorite show as a child
6. Welcome Back, Kotter - thought the Sweathogs sang it (I was a dumb child)

Barney Miller was my favorite theme music.

Update: I almost forgot the music from that British 70's Sci-Fi show, UFO!!! That show with the pre-DeLorean gull-wing cars and fighter jets launched from underwater subs. Great theme music, it's #2 on my list.

Other really good ones were Sanford & Son, the Rockford Files, Dallas, Dukes of Hazzard, Emergency!, Battlestar Galactica and SWAT.

Props to Rasta for Hawaii 5-0, that's probably the most recognized theme music of the era, right up there with the voiceover intro from the Six-Million dollar man :)
