Did the vet take xrays or just give it a physical? She needs to get xrays to check for broken bones and internal injuries. She may just be stubbed up and sore but I am concerned that the damage is more serious. You should take her to another vet if your regular one isn't willing to do a full exam.
You also need to use screen to block the openings on decks and porches to prevent falls of this kind ( I do not know if this is what happened just assuming).
I hope she will be ok.

My old dog did something similar. He was jumping to chase water from the hose, gave one big jump, and landed on his butt. All of his weight came down on that one area. He yelped, but stood back up and tried to keep playing. He slowly but surely stopped playing. By the next morning he could barely stand up.
I took him to the vet and they too couldn't find anything. They then took Xrays and still couldn't find anything. They believed that he may have strained his back or displaced one of his vertebrae. They gave him a ton of pain killers and anti-inflamatories and I had to take a week off of work to stay with him all day. He couldn't get down the steps and I had to carry himoutside to allow him to use the bathroom. He recovered in about 2 weeks, but was never the same.
You need to be sure you take him to a good vet, even if it's an Emergency place and get him looked at. There could be internal injuries, internal bleeding, broken bones, etc. You don't want him to end up paralyzed.

what did the vet say? i would listen to the vet . Maybe your dog is just very frightened and shocked at what just happened and needs a couple more days for her mind to rest. She also might have an injury that you can't see so i would get her exrayed ASAP at another vet because this vet that you went to seems like they don't know what there doing.

I can't believe that you did not take her to the vet after this happened. I would be very surprised if she had not broken something and must be in a lot of pain. If you are a responsible animal owner, you must be prepared to deal with it. If the cost of a vet is problem, the PDSA have surgeries all over the country and treat animals on a donation only basis. Please for the dogs sake deal with it NOW.Do not listen to I-MOAN_12 his advice stinks. This dog needs help NOW.

first off pay attention in English/spelling class it looks like Ur extremely unintelligent
the dog most likely is going to DIE unless you got him/her to the vet in time and then its still a possibility a fall of that length for a dog that small or any dog for that matter is deadly
if you did take her to the vet, call them and see how she's doing, if the dog died while at the vet they would call you to inform you and see what actions you wanted to take next
next time keep a closer eye on Ur PETS

What kind of Vet says I don't know whats wrong??
Did they do xrays? Check him out thoroughly?
What do you mean that you think it only has those injurys? Those are serious injurys. Find a Vet who cares and ASAP....

Take your dog to another vet and don't wait do it now. You might find a University or a larger more equipped hospital with more advanced diagnostics.

What do you mean you don't know what happened to her? She's still at the vets? How about calling them?
Is this even a serious question?

it's probably ery weak or s/t. try 2 feed ur baby lukewarm water, (this is wat we did 4 my dog when he was sick n wouldn't eat anything) and try 2 comfort it like a massaging, talk softly 2 it n insuring it that it is safe. i this sounds very stupid or weird but hey! this is ur baby doggy! n i no chihuahuas like 2 cuddle so when ur sitting down watching T.V. or s/t put it onur lapp or next 2 u n just pet it softly n massage it.

Da good answer is likely you have killed your dog by not being responsible for it. Duh. Like letting her fall and not taking her to the animal hospital.
If you want to "help" her, why didn't you?
What you should do is Not have a dog and learn how to spell.
