Not sure why you have 2 dishes. My 1 dish does it all including HD channels. Installation will be time consuming and a 2 man job. Bolt the dish to your house and point it SW. Hook up everything & turn everything on. As 1 man moves the dish the other will check the signal strength at the TV. You need constant communication so you need a cell phone or walkie-talkie. The menu screen on the receiver shows signal strength. An 80 or above is strong. You don't need it to be 100.

The regular dish is easy to install yourself but the HD dish is more complicated, especially if it is the new one. I wouldn't try to install the new one unless you know what your doing and have a signal meter.

Go with your first answer. Find a tech on the street and pay him to do a side job.

I would recommend for you to try to look for a Directv or Dish network installer on a street and ask them for a sidejob, they will do it for 30-50 bucks.

Moving and installing the dishes yourself could be time consuming and a bit complicated although there are a lot of guides available online. ie:

They say they will install and reset for free in thier current ad.
I hope you have better luck than I have had. I cant get any one to answer my questions and I have called three times today and all ways get transfered to another department where no one answers and the line goes dead.

i can help you out alot try looking up free to air satellite .....you can get about every channel their is for free works the same same what you have now... some where around 600 channels for a one time payment ... ive had mine three yrs and ya cant beat it
