Yes no meat is a good start you should also try a colon cleanse and a workout routine...maybe a fat blocker like proactol

No, not if you replace the food you're getting with carbs. And meat isn't the source of weight gain unless it's got a lot of fat on it.
Proteins (meats, cheeses, legumes such as soy products) will help build and maintain lean muscle and red blood cells. They require time to digest so you eat these at each meal. They don't fill you up right away but they make you feel full longer and later.
Carbs (anything that is not a protein - bread, fruit, veggies, juices, etc) are your hunger satisfiers for "right now". They give you the instant relief for hunger but they don't last as long. They are quick calories.
So you need to balance these. I went vegetarian and replaced pasta and veggies for my meat. I ended up gaining weight.

If you lose weight too quickly you will have skin sagging everywhere. Don't ever try for the quick fix, they don't work long term. A few ideas: drink 8 glasses of water per day, water REALLY does help you lose weight. 2.
It's not about the meat, it's about the sugar and white bread, snacks and sweets - go on a 40 day fast from them instead, it will work much better. Replace them with complex carbs like brown rice, whole wheat bread, and whole wheat speghetti. Eat 80 grams of protein per day.. you need it, if you fast from meat I doubt you'd get that much.
Seriously do a sugar fast instead, much better for you.

A thirty to forty day fast can cause you to loose you.
Fasting is something to be done only with the supervision of a professional.
If one does not kill One's self with one of that duration , one most likely would do irreparable damage to the major organs.
There is a Certain amount, and types of nutrition that are necessary. Trace elements, and minerals are necessary along with water and juices, even on a fast.

Me am going on a protein shake fast I need fast weight loss badly too! But with no carbs it should work great.

eat a well balanced diet, drink plenty of water, and exercise at least 30 minutes every day. you'll lose weight and stay healthy.
