I had a horrible stabbing pain in my lower right side when I was 11 years old. It lasted about 3 days and my dad continued to explain to me that I "Just need to go poop". But I didn't have to, and when I did it didn't help. I was in extreme pain. Finally they took me to the hospital and found out I had appendicitis, and needed to have my appendix removed immediately so it wouldn't burst (which could have been fatal). So maybe you should consult your physician.

I would almost guess it's one of two things but, your going to need an ER or doctor and I suggest you get one fast. Either appendix in which your going to have to give a urine sample or a blood sample or both.
Or it couldn be a hernia, in this case the doctor will send you to a surgeon, if it's bad he'll set you up for surgery, it couldn be a strangulation so, get to the doctor and fast.

I really dont know, however, I would reccomend seeking medical attention soon, if not sooner.

It could be serious, you never can tell.
