I bought ground beef yesterday and put it in the frigde(usually i freeze it) but i thought i was going to cook taco's tonight but my daughter wants pizza rolls. How long will the ground beef keep in the fridge? I am planning on doing the taco's monday or tuesday

monday or tuesday i dont know but if u put it ing the freezer today u can pull it out on monday or tuesday and use it then or tell your daughter that u can have pizza rolls another night and that mommy alredy has hamburger out

I think if you're waiting 4 more days to use it, I would put it in the freezer.
Better yet, have tacos tonight and tell your daughter that pizza rolls are tomorrow or whenever.

There should be a "use by" date on the package if you bought it pre-packed otherwise I'd freeze it just to be on the safe side. No more than three days in fridge is my rule of thumb.

It is going to be OK a soon as you use it its better but for monday or tuesday it is fine.

just season the beef the way you like put it in the freezer and the day ur gonna make it pull it out in the morning ond let it thaw out in a bowl of water still in bag ofcourse .... bye

no longer than the date on the package or 4 days,if it were ground fresh when you picked it up.If it has any kind of odor toss it.

You could precook it, then reheat it Monday/Tuesday.
