he needs to get dentures at least for a while. A dental school with a periodontics specialty program would do it. I believe there is one in oregon, but perio work is not cheap (hundreds per tooth) even at a dental school. Also, I think that getting all those implants would be a several appointment procedure spaced out over a long time. He needs to go to a dental school and work with the student to develop a treatment plan that will probably involve dentures at least for a while.

FYI IMPLANTS ARE A LUXURY FEW CAN AFFORD. INSURANCE WON'T PAY FOR THEM. DENTISTS WON'T DO THEM FOR A REDUCED FEE.
FOR A WHILE DENTURES ARE THE WAY TO GO UNFORTUNATELY.
YOUR FRIEND HE'LL NEED ABOUT $20,000-40,000 FOR IMPLANTS AND RETAINED DENTURES/BRIDGES.

Have him try calling around to all the dental schools, they take volenteers to do so thier students can learn with supervision.

Good luck

Yes, try any dental schools in your area. I'm just not sure they do implants though. Here is a website you might try. Not sure what it involves exactly, but its worth a try. http://dental-assistance.app-sl-1.aidpage.com
