Those mainly are celebrations order in the ol days before Jesus death on the cross. After his death those things ceased because they pointed to Jesus Sacrifice at the Cross. However the Sabbath Day still stands because that is one of the ten Commandments written by the living God Himself. That Commandment points to Him as the Creator, of heaven, earth, sea, and all that dwels on and under them. Sabbath day was even observed when Jesus died Luke 23:41 and on. Also if you read that Jesus rested in the Tomb on the Sabbath, you can also read in Isaiah 66: 22-24 that the Sabbath will be observed and that is in Eternity

Well if 666 is the devil then could one assume 777 is God?
I dont know, but the actual number of the devil is actually 616, though the number 666 spread through pop culture before they were able to decipher the text accurately enough.
Can we assume then that Grand Rapids, Michigan has been overtaken by the devil?

I think because the number seven holds significance in the bible. I'm sure you've heard to forgive others "Seven times seventy seven" that's in the bible...
