Yes, getting at least 10-15 mins of sun every day is good for your skin. Getting sunburned, tho can just make it worse.
Sweating does help. Cause its your bodys way of sweating out the toxins that might make you break out. And yes you should wash your face off with pure water after.

no it doesn't help to sit out in the sun if you read any magazine they say to wear sunblock and protect yourself from the sun, and sweat, noway because when your skin begins to sweat it opens up your pores, if your face isn't washed all the dirt and makeup will go into your pores and clogg them, you could fill up your sink or a big container, fill it up with hot water and place a towel on your head this will let your skin breathe but once done rinse your face with cold water always, to close your pores back up if not it will be worse, some all natural stuff found at home you can use to clear up is aloe vera plant, two spoons of sugar and a lemon or 1 1/2 limes mix them up and this will exfoliate your skin scrub it in and let it sit and once dry wash it off you can use it every where and will make your skin soft, or a mask of smashed bananas and milk, tomake your skin soft an pores smaller, if you have a very bad pimple you could crush an asprin and put it on the area. you can also try this link for more cool stuff the ones above i have tried and have worked and are from cosmo magazine:http://www.ezinearticles.com/index.php?Clear-Your-Acne---Naturally!&id=59311

10-30 minutes of sun a day is good. There are a lot of people deficient in vitamin D because of the dermatologists saying that even a little sun is bad... If you don't sit out in the sun for longer than 30 minutes a day, you should be fine. It will give your skin a nice glow, and, as an added bonus, you won't get osteoporosis when you get older!

Sitting out in the sun has two effects : causes your face to clear up and then the pimples appear again - maybe even worse.
About the sweating... I don't know if it has anything to do with it.

nope
but you should wake up early in the morning and take a shower. then you should sit outside when it is really misty and cool in the morning. sit there for 15- 20 minutes and make sure to relax your face. this way your pores will open up and your skin will clear out. do this for a few days and your skin will glow. to maintain the glow make sure to put on a gentle cream such as olay or vaseline intesive care on you face right after sitting outside
good luck!!!!

NOOOO. It will make your face APPEAR less broken out because the tan will hide any blemishes. But all it is going to do is mess up your skin.
