Well...that may or may not be possible. According to men's health, to begin to see your abs a guy needs to have about 10% body fat. For the ripped, cover model look you need around 5%. If you're close, chances are you know it. Either way, 1 week won't be enough to have a noticeable impact on your BF%. It's a drawn out, cumulative process.

FWIW - I just had my BF% tested, and it's 7.6%. I'm 6'1", and the day of the test weighed 148.2 with t-shirt, shorts & shoes. It has taken me about 18 months to get to that, down from 155 @ about 10-11% BF.

the only way you will have abs next week is if you had them last week. if it was that easy to get abs EVERYONE would have a six pack when in reality less than .15% of the US population has a six-pack.

getting and staying lean is all about the diet, exercise plays a part but not as much as the foods that you ingest on a regular basis. you are what you eat
