Yes. Many groups, including the United States government, recognize the atomic "A" symbol as a symbol of atheism. The U.S. military uses this symbol as a designation for the tombstones of atheists. Scroll down on the page below for a picture of this symbol.

No. But I saw a window sticker on a car, showing a lens-shaped body with insect-like legs and eyes on stalks, containing the letters FSM. The driver admitted that she had been blessed by the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

Red Queen is right. If you're in the military, and you have a government issued headstone when you die, that's what the Veteran's Department puts on it.
