Poker is found in almost all casinos at this point. It is fairly easy to learn and Texas Hold 'Em is the most popular form.

The best card games for gambling are the above-mentioned poker and blackjack as well. The 2 other best games for the player are bacarrat and craps.

The most challenging and hard to play is craps. The are many bets on the table which often confuse people. But if you can learn the basics along with a good strategy, then it becomes one of the best games as well.

All the card games can be challenging if you are inexperienced. The games with the highest rewards potential are the onese where you play against other players, such as the various poker games. If you are up against good players, your odds of winning are very slim. The games where you play against the house are much easier, and the odds of learning the ropes much quicker. These games include Blackjack, Pai Gow and others. There, the trick is to learn which are bad bets and which are better. The odds are still, clearly, with the house, but with a little skill and luck, you have a better chance of walking away with some money. Beware of gimmicky side bets.

Texas Hold 'Em is most common now. You can do a search. There are so may variations on poker it is hard to answer your question. Mexican spit is the frustrating. I like 7-card stud for home poker games.
