No it's not a sign. It's her not seeing you for 7 years. People change in 7 years, she's not the same person she used to be. Quit living in the past and find a girl of the present to be with.

Maybe she was as shocked to see you as you were to see her? Just because she stared maybe she felt something again, maybe she was shocked how you look or that it was really you. Many many reasons.
