I like the tamarisk tree.

I don't know. But I would say the sycomore and fig tree since they are involved in important lessons of the Bible

The poor little fig tree.

Cursed for not having figs, even though "it was not the season for figs" Mk Ch 11.

That'll teach it to put on leaves...
