You're asking whether you should refuse to be friends with a good person, just because her views differ from yours?

When you grow up, you'll realize that it's possible to be friends with people, even if they don't think exactly the same as you.

Of course you shouldn't drop her.

Edit after reading some of the other answers: Do not, repeat NOT, pester her to convert or give up her views.

It's annoying and will only lose you a good friend.

Live and let live.

Since the two of you are going in different religious directions, I think nature will take its course and slowly dissolve your friendship.
My friends and I had a similar situation and we just grew apart. We are still nice to one another and we can remember the fun we had before our disagreement, but we don't really spend any time with each other.
I would pray for your friend and remain open to being her friend, just try not to push your religion on her anymore than you want her pushing you.

This is what the Apostle Paul says:

"Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: "I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people."
"Therefore come out from them
and be separate, says the Lord.
Touch no unclean thing,
and I will receive you."
"I will be a Father to you,
and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty."

II Corinthians 6:14-18

and again:

"Do not be misled: "Bad company corrupts good character."
I Corinthians 15:33

and again:

"Therefore, my dear friends, flee from idolatry. I speak to sensible people; judge for yourselves what I say. Is not the cup of thanksgiving for which we give thanks a participation in the blood of Christ? And is not the bread that we break a participation in the body of Christ? Because there is one loaf, we, who are many, are one body, for we all partake of the one loaf.
Consider the people of Israel: Do not those who eat the sacrifices participate in the altar? Do I mean then that a sacrifice offered to an idol is anything, or that an idol is anything? No, but the sacrifices of pagans are offered to demons, not to God, and I do not want you to be participants with demons. You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons too; you cannot have a part in both the Lord's table and the table of demons. Are we trying to arouse the Lord's jealousy? Are we stronger than he?"

I Corinthians 10:14-22

It's your move.

You may be the one who shows your friend the path to the Lord. Don't participate in anything to do with satanism and show your friend love. I would suggest that you go to someone that you trust within your church and ask them how best to witness to this person. No one is beyond the reach of the Lord so don't give up on them.

Catholicism is no better than Satanism. Catholics are not Christian, but Pagan.

Praying to saints and the virgin mary, and considering the pope infallible is just as bad as worshiping satan.

Hey, you're catholic, she's a satanist. You can still be friends, just don't talk religion with her.

You seem to have a shallow sense about you? You began with the words my friend, when its more like my acquaintance, cause if she was your friend you would not be asking this question.
