This is super easy and really good.

Pistachio Pie

1 Keebler graham crust
1 can (about 15 oz.) crushed pineapple, slightly drained
1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix
1 tub of Cool Whip

Mix the pineapple and pistachio mix together and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Fold in the Cool Whip. Dump it into the crust and refrigerate for 4+ hours.

It's cool, light, fluffy, pretty, and good!

Always a great dessert for bbq's

BANANA AND STRAWBERRY PUDDING

1 box of Jello French Vanilla Instant pudding
1 box of Jello Banana Cream Instant pudding
milk
1 large container of Whipped cream
3-4 ripe bananas
1 small carton of strawberries
1 bag of the cheapest vanilla wafers (they stay crunchy longer)
The amount of layers depends on the dish it is prepared in. I use an 11x9 in. glass casserole dish.

In a bowl combine both boxes of pudding mix and prepare according to the package directions omitting 1 cup of milk.
Fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture. Now make a layer of vanilla wafers on the bottom of your casserole dish (none of the wafers should be on top of one another), then slice bananas over the wafers until you get an even cover but you should still be able to see the first layer.

Now slice strawberries over the bananas. The next layer will be the pudding. Start over with the vanilla wafers, continue layer up to the pudding.

After you've applied a layer of pudding, line the sides of the pan with wafers. Take the rest of the whipped cream and spread it on top.

Crush the remaining wafers and crumbs, and then sprinkle them on top of whipped cream.

Optional: Garnish top with strawberries.

mousse. you don't need to bake it and its really good. you can put fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries) or anything else you think would go well with it. the recipe is on a Ghirardelli chocolate bar wrapper.
you can also whip some whipping cream, and when you whip it add some sugar and vanilla (it makes it taste really good) (you can also add chocolate powder if you want it to be chocolate whipped cream) and then put fresh berries or some chocolate, or something else with it and that would be good.
you can always serve ice cream with some kind of delicious sauce (homemade or not) and with anything else you want. it's very open.
hope I helped!! =]

Scotcharoos (they're like a peanut butter rice krispie bar with chocolate/butterscotch frosting, to die for)

In a large pot on your stove over medium heat bring the following to a gentle boil:
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Cup of Light Corn Syrup (Karo)
When they have come to a slow boil stir in
1 1/2 cups of smooth peanut butter
Let the PB melt, remove from heat and stir in
6 Cups of Rice Krispies
Mix well and put into a 9x13 pan, smooth out top, let cool
When cool, on your stove in a small sauce pan, LOW heat melt 1/2 bag of chocolate chips and 1/2 bag of butterscotch chips together. Cover the bars with the chocolate mix and smooth out and let cool

the one that gets rants and raves no matter where I go is to take two cream cheese pacs that are room temp and add two small jars of marshmellow cream and three TBS of concentrated juice of some sort,(still concentrated, dont make the juice) my favorite is the peach mango juice...and mix together and cut up apples and different fruits to dip...people just love this dip and I have had so many want the recipe I have copies to give...it does well in heat and even if it gets hot it still tastes delicous...have fun..
