we've got a cycle that was made for excercies and my sister used it and had her knee some problem that hurt her so i want to use this cycle because i think it burn alot of calaroys is it true and what to do to keep my knee out of danger thanks the best one get's the best answer

start slow and then increase your time on the cycle gradually. do not keep cycle as the only mode of exercise, e.g. walk, do some sit ups etc. you will hopefully stay out of trouble. if she has trouble in her knee persisting despite quitting the cycle then knee problem may not be from this device, she should see a doctor, good luck
