yum yum, try using a iron skillet when frying the potato's makes all the difference. I make sausage gravy by using what ever sausage I like (good quality) get it all crumbled up and cooked almost adding flour till i get the right consistency then add evaporated milk again till the right consistency. fresh ground pepper and sea salt to taste. Corn beef hash is great too, kinda looks like dog food though.

I'm not sure about corn beef hash with that, but fried potatoes with sausage sounds yummy! And Eggs over easy with corn beef hash is really good. Do you like over easy eggs on your pancakes?
