the bite is a surface bite, it bearly bled, less than a drop, and the kitten along with its 2 siblings dont wander very far from the area they're at, the bite is two little fang marks, they look more like paper cuts.

Wash the wound with soap and put some antibacterial cream on it.
The wound should heal as normal. If it doesn't seem to be healing like normal wounds then you should seek medical help.
Also you should google, Cat Scratch Fever
It is however, rare to get this illness.
Update:
Should I call my doctor if I am bitten or scratched by a cat?
Call your family doctor if you notice any of the following problems:
* A cat scratch or bite that does not heal in the usual length of time.
* An area of redness around a cat scratch or bite that continues to get bigger for more than 2 days after the injury.
* Fever that lasts for several days after a cat scratch or bite.
* Painful and swollen lymph nodes for more than 2 or 3 weeks.
* Bone or joint pain, abdominal pain (without fever, vomiting or diarrhea) or an unusual degree of tiredness for more than 2 or 3 weeks.

If the kitten is healthy and you know it eats normal cat food and is about 2 months old, it doesn't sound like a stray. In any event, wash the bite and pour some 10 volume hydrogen peroxide on it. Then put some triple antibiotic ointment, or Bacitracin or Neosporin on it before you put on the band-aid, or else use one of those band-aids where the pad is impregnated with antibiotic. You will be all right.
Was it an unprovoked bite? Were you teasing the cat or trying to pet it? It is kind of unusual for a cat, and even more so, a kitten to be an aggressor. For an unsocialized cat, biting is a defensive move. If the kitten was purely the aggressor; if the bite was really an unprovoked or inexplicable assault, then I would call the doctor, because that is very unusual cat behavior. Let him weigh in on this.
As a general rule, cats tend to be a little resistant to rabies, as are squirrels. I know people who have rescued and lived with dozens of feral/socializing cats in their personal spaces for years and years and years, and never, ever encountered rabies. Dogs and raccoons are a different story. I don't think rabies is in the picture.

Get to the doctor for your Tetanus Booster! SOON!!!
I've got news for you... 2 month old kittens ALWAYS have FLEAS...
and any break in your skin from a kitten 3 months of age or younger CAN give you Cat Scratch Disease!
Regardless of Rabies... cats are known to have more bacteria in their mouths than any other aniimal, and bites from cats are MUCH MORE LIKELY to become infected!
You need to get your shot and tell the doctor you have a cat bite from a 2 mo old kitten. Ask him if he has any literature on Cat Scratch Disease. If he doesn't then you need to research it on the internet. You need to know the symptoms in case you develop them. The testing for this disease is expensive, about $400 so it's not worth the testing unless you have the right symptoms.
It can be mild, but it can be scary to have this. The kitten can appear quite healthy and still give you this.

Treat the wound as Fire suggest. Is this a home cat or out door cat?Rabies happen in wild animal you never know. For safety If this cat is out door cat then keep this cat indoor and observation for 2 weeks if she develop sickness you need to be seen by doctor and get rabie shot.Tetanus and rabies are two different illness.Tetanus shot only protect you from tetanus not rabies.Rabies is 100% fatal illness, once developed people died.

Wash it out, peroxide, and antibiotic cream. Watch it for a few days. If there is no sign of infection, good. Just because the cat looks healthy doesn't mean it's not carrying some nasty bacteria or something. You should also report the incident to local authorities. It may have rabies, and just not manifesting symptoms yet.

You're probably fine as long as it was just a surface bite. If it went deep, you should have it checked out by the doctor (cat bites can be dangerous).

Wash it with saline and keep it covered. As long as you have had the tetanus shot and there are no cases of rabies you should be fine.

I have heard that bites from cats can be serious because of the bacteria in their mouth. You need to go to doctor and have it clean and follow rest of recommendations from them.
