What gives you the right to cast the first stone at the Pope...are you without sin? You have no right to cast any aspersions or to judge him in any way. He is human and will no doubt have had lewd thoughts at some time(s) in his life.....it is how we deal with those lewd thoughts that is important to God...how you deal with yours should be your concern!
Best wishes, Mike.

the pope is human like anyone else... he's not free of sin or perfect. I'd imagine he's entertained lewd thoughts.

No. He is human, and, despite what he may claim, he has.
It is pure human nature that gives us lewd thoughts, and to deny them would be to deny your humanity, and that is the last part of yourself you have when all is said and done.

He is human and has the same tackle as everyone else (hopefully) so its onhly natural but he most likely can control/suppress any inclinations.

LOL...the answer depends on whether you regard him as higher than humans, i.e., divine or just like the rest of us.
