If you put it in the luggage that goes under the plane, then yes. Keep in mind that a shaving razor is an item that people need, and almost every adult man traveling on an extended basis probably carries one.

Yes you are allowed to pack your shaving razor in your checked luggage.

if it's a checked bag - to be placed in cargo and not a carry on - I would think that would be fine. You should be able to go to the website for your airlines and/or airport to confirm - or call the airport.

In the one being checked you can but, not the carry-on. If you want to have one in your carry-on I'd suggest Veet. The "razor" is bladeless. :]
