I think you might need to clarify exactly which ASVAB score you're talking about... did you mean the overall AQFT score, or one of the subsets, like the GT score?
If you meant overall, I got a 99, and chose to be a 96B, which is an intelligence analyst. It was a great choice--it was a fun job (when I got to do it), and it directly helped me get the job I have now, as a civilian.

My score was 121 but I hear that doesn't mean much these days but then I did go through it over 30 years ago. The MOS I chose was electronics. It came with a guaranteed $15,000 re-up bonus. I broke my ankle and my back so I didn't get to re-up but my buddy did and he got $16,000.

My score was 28. That was my best score out of 4 times taking the test. They offered me waste disposal technician.
